*Notice：
1. ACTUAL TIME BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATION.
2. When check in, staff will check the ticket. Please provide your concert ticket for confirming, will issue a wristband and chop the "EXCHANGED" stamp on your ticket.
3. Concert ticket and wristband are BOTH REQUIRED when entering, DAMAGED or LOST any of it will be disqualified.
4. Please queue up to your serial number and wait for entry. If you do not line up within the announced time and entry, you will forfeit your priority and have to follow the on-site staff's instructions to enter. The promoter reserves the right to deny entry to those who fail to be on time.
5. During soundcheck party, any types of cameras, audio and video recording equipment are not allowed
6. After the VIP Soundcheck Party, please stay in the venue for the main show. If you need to go out, your concert ticket is required for re-entry to the venue, and security check is always required upon re-entry.
7. VIP Laminate, lanyard, photocard set and signed poster (lucky draw) cannot be shipped or delivered. They must be redeemed and collected on the event day with the valid event ticket. Please note that uncollected items cannot be shipped, delivered, and transferred. Any uncollected items on the event day will be forfeited.

● Lost Tickets:
- GA (Standing) ticket :
According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets.
- Seated ticket :
For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before 18:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.

✘ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.
✘ No any kind of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
