VIP Benefits Sequence：
* ACTUAL TIME BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATION.
* During the VIP soundcheck event, no other types of professional cameras, audio and video recording equipment are allowed.
* When checking in, please provide your concert ticket for confirmation. Staff will issue a wristband and stamp "EXCHANGED" on your ticket.
* Please queue up to your serial number and wait for entry. If you do not line up within the announced time and entry, you will forfeit your priority and have to follow the on-site staff's instructions to enter. The promoter reserves the right to deny entry to those who fail to be on time.
* Concert ticket and wristband are BOTH REQUIRED when entering, DAMAGED or LOST any of it will be disqualified.
* After the soundcheck event, please stay in the venue for the main show. If you need to go out, your concert ticket is required for re-entry to the venue, and security check is always required upon re-entry.
* VIP Laminate, Lanyard, and One Artist Photo card cannot be shipped or delivered. They must be redeemed and collected on the event day with the event ticket. Any uncollected items on the event day will be forfeited.

● Lost Tickets:
- GA (Standing) ticket :
According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets.
- Seated ticket :
For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 7:00 PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to police station if there is controversy.
⍟ Security Check
● For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask that you arrive early. Metal wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry.
● Safety and ticket checks are required for entry. Any kind of suitcase is not allowed for entry. Backpacks and bags larger than the size of 37x25x11.5cm are not allowed for entry GA (Standing). Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.
● There are few coin lockers near the venue. Please store the suitcases and bags and all prohibited items in advance.
● Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.
● Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

✘ No any kind of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)
✘ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.
✘ No any kind of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
✘ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.
